Matthew G. Braden, Chief Executive Officer
Manages the day-to-day operations of the Association including staff, budget and programs. Works closely with the Board of Directors and Executive Committee on the mission and strategic plan of the Association.  

Charlotte Kormann, Director of Finance
Oversees accounts payable/receivable, dues billing, and electronic key cards. Serves as staff liaison to Technology Committee.

Donna LePera, Director of Member Services
Manages member relations, including maintaining of all member records. Ensures members, directors and staff are operating in compliance with NAR, PAR, and GPAR Bylaws. 
Oversees New Member Orientation and Code of Ethics training requirements; Real Estate Commission questions, including education requirements. Develops and implements annual membership meeting. Serves as liaison for Ambassadors.

Cheryl Adams, Professional Standards Administrator
Processes all requests for arbitration and ethics complaints and maintains complete records of Professional Standards proceedings. Provides staff support for Grievance Committee including minutes and notification of meetings. Serves as first point of contact for members and visitors to the Association, including all receptionist duties.

Samar Jha, Director of Government Affairs
Manages the Association’s government affairs efforts. Responsible forgrassroots advocacy, key contact program, candidate screening process and RPAC fundraising. Serves as staff liaison for Government Affairs, Diversity, Young Professionals’ Network, and RPAC committees. Develops and oversees Association's social media engagement.
