State Issues

The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® (PAR) is a 30,000 member trade association that serves as the “voice for real estate” in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. PAR works with state legislative and regulatory bodies in Pennsylvania to create positive change that supports the work of real estate professionals and the consumers they serve.

2015 Advocacy Agenda

PAR advocates the preservation of real property rights, supports measures that promote or enable home ownership and opposes measures that interfere with this goal. Currently, PAR is monitoring bills that are moving through the state legislature. Legislative priorities for PAR are listed here.
