FREEAccess to Electronic Forms for GPAR Members
Over the past several months GPAR has been exploring options to provide members access to electronic standard forms for free. We are happy to inform you that a contract between GPAR and Ziplogix has been negotiated and signed to provide GPAR members FREE access toelectronic standard forms through ZipForms beginningon Wednesday, January 18, 2012. This exciting new benefit will be for active GPAR REALTOR® members ONLY.
This benefit is a result of our recent Strategic Planning exercise with GPAR leadership and staff. GPAR is continuing to identify and develop tools, resources and tangible benefits such as mobile applications, electronic signatures, and discounted programs and business tools through a variety of vendors.
To help this ongoing process in 2012, we will be seeking member input. If you have the time, desire and willingness to volunteer by serving on task forces so as to help make our organization even more valuable for you, the GPAR REALTOR® member, please contact us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
Below, please find detailed instructions for each type of “customer” you may be:
1. I already have a zipForm® account, what do I need to do.
There is nothing you need to do at this time. When your account comes up for renewal, you will receive a notice that your account is about to expire. At that time, you simply go through the renewal process. Even though it appears as a purchase process, you will not be charged at the end as the service is being paid for by your local Association.
2. I don’t have a zipForm® account – How do I sign up?
Go to http://www.zipform.com/order/order.asp and select your Association from the drop down menu. You will then be asked for your NRDS number. If you do not know your NRDS number, please see below. Once your account is set up you can access it from anywhere you have internet access by going to www.zipformonline.com.
3. My zipForm® account was recently extended, what do I do?

4. I am a RealFast user, what do I do?
If you are currently a RealFast user, you can go in and set up your zipForm® account as stated in number 2 above. If you would like to move transactions over to zipForm®, you will need to add zipVault to your account and then bring the pdf’s into zipForm®. Another option is to save your RealFast transactions as a pdf onto your computer for reference at a later date. The best thing to do, is to contact the zipForm® Help Desk at 586-840-0140 and they can help you decide what options are best for your individual situation. 5. How do I find my NRDS number?
Your NRDS number is listed on the back of your REALTOR® magazine that you get from NAR each month. You can also contact your Local Association to obtain this number.
6. If I am in zipForm® and need help with something what do I do?
From within zipForm® there is a help tab at the top that you can click on. This will give you a variety of help options. Including our short “How To” videos. These videos allow you to find help on a specific topic instead of going through a full training to learn one specific task. We also have live support available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST by calling 586-840-0140. You can also access pre-recorded training and live training through our website at www.zipform.com/training.
