Putting Your License in Referral or Escrow Status

If you want to go into referral, GPAR will need a letter completed by your broker stating the license is being placed with a referral company. Written notification is needed to ensure you and/or your broker are not assessed your REALTOR® membership dues.

If you place your license in escrow, GPAR will need a copy of the escrow letter your broker sends to the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission. Written notification is needed to ensure you and/or your broker are not assessed your REALTOR® membership dues.
