CONVERGENCE Philadelphia, a Mortgage Bankers Association initiative, is a cross-sector partnership focused on increasing minority homeownership in Philadelphia. This collective-action approach promotes more sustainable, affordable homes for purchase and rental for underserved people and communities, especially minorities and low-to-moderate income Americans.

Tangled titles can prevent property sales, homeowners insurance, and eligibility for different kinds of assistance. In Philadelphia, over 10,000 properties are estimated to have tangled titles, which disproportionately impact Black communities. Hear more from experts about this critical challenge and how it relates to your work and clients.

CONVERGENCE Philadelphia encourages any professional working on affordable housing initiatives, bridging the homeownership gap, and/or anyone passionate for housing equality to attend.
